Over several transformative days at Villa Tuscany—our private luxury estate on Puerto Rico’s northeast coast, inside The Rio Mar Grand Resort—you’ll step away from the noise and step into clarity, trust, and courageous self-leadership.

About The Retreat Leader
Erica is passionate about helping others thrive; mind, body, and spirit! As an athlete and having dedicated her life to helping people achieve mental and physical well-being, Erica’s experiences help her provide a unique perspective.
Her professional journey began after completing a Bachelor’s and then Master’s degree in Psychology. She became a licensed Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist. She has worked as a family mediator, a parent coordinator, and as a life coach, supporting families through life’s difficult moments.
Erica is currently the Director of Intake and Client Relations at a world-class treatment center where she assists patients in finding the best path towards healing.
She also founded a fitness company where she trains clients and teaches spinning, bootcamp, sculpt, and stretch classes. She believes that strength and healing begin with connection.
Erica has dedicated her life to helping others reach their fullest potential. Through leading retreats, she aims to create spaces where participants can grow, restore, and reconnect from head to toe.
