Diana Norniella-Burke
Founder, Owner, and Operator
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Diana Norniella-Burke is the passionate founder of Caribbean Luxury Rentals. Starting with just two properties—Villa Tuscany and an ocean villa inside the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort—Diana has grown her business by blending her love for the island with her extensive travel experiences. She believes in crafting personalized vacations that balance cultural immersion, culinary exploration, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.
Understanding the importance of milestones and quality time with loved ones, Diana offers exceptional services like grocery pre-stocking, private chefs, transportation, and curated excursions to showcase Puerto Rican culture. Her upcoming retreats—including wellness, corporate, and golf retreats—aim to provide guests with deeper connections to the “Enchanted Island.”
Diana is also expanding to offer long-term rentals for remote workers, enabling people to “live where others vacation.” Approachable and attentive, she loves guiding guests to create customized stays, ensuring every visit to Puerto Rico is seamless, enriching, and unforgettable.

Debbie is our local excursion and activity coordinator and will help you with your excursions, tours, and activities in Puerto Rico. Personal Chef
Chef José has been an integral part of the team since 2009. Dedicated to excellent culinary standards and guest satisfaction, José is passionate about food. He incorporates the finest ingredients, creating stunning and delicious dishes. His expertise spans all diets and cuisines. His commitment to excellence has earned him dozens of 5-star reviews from guests.
Euniz
Owner of Villa Maid Services
Euniz is the owner of Villa Maid Services offered to the Wyndham Río Mar Resort, Spa, and Casino properties for over 25 years. She has a staff of 15 employees. Her team’s work ethic is excellent and they pride themselves in customer satisfaction.
Sandra
Office Manager
Sandra joined the Caribbean Luxury Rentals team in 2022, bringing with her extensive experience in office management from a career in stone works. At Caribbean Luxury Rentals, she manages accounting duties and client communications, working closely with Diana to provide top-notch service. Sandra coordinates excursions and concierge services, handles invoicing, and maintains constant communication with our team, guests, and vendors to ensure smooth operations throughout the company.
Christian
Real Estate Broker
Christian has been a part of the Caribbean Luxury Rentals team since 2020. He earned a degree in International Relations and completed a Master’s in Hospitality Management in 2022. He is currently enhancing his luxury hospitality skills at Casa Cipriani in New York and is a licensed real estate broker in Puerto Rico. His strong ties to Puerto Rico include lifelong visits and representing the Puerto Rican national team at the Jr. World Rowing Championship in Rio.
Julián
Marketing, Yoga, and Business Development
Julián has been working with Caribbean Luxury Rentals since 2015. He is a marketing and multinational business operations graduate and has owned his marketing company since 2012. Apart from marketing, he also owns an air quality and mold assessment business. In 2018 he became a yoga teacher and has completed over 360 hours of training under masters from around the world. He currently teaches Goat Yoga in SW Ranches.
