PLEASE NOTE: This property is catered towards peaceful and relaxing families and groups since it is located in the residential part of the Río Mar. There is a local noise ordinance between 10 PM – 7 AM and there can be absolutely NO PARTIES. Violation of these rules can lead to guests being asked to leave without a refund.
